Laila Ali is not only beautiful but remains undefeated inside the ring as a world championship female boxer.  Of course she is the daughter of boxing great Muhummad Ali. These days she’s taken up a new fight. Since retiring from the sport Ali’s been heavily involved in promoting a healthy lifestyle. You can find the boxer on ABC’s Everyday Health a new show dedicated to helping others  live a fit and healthy life.  It focuses on people who are battling with health related issues and highlights those who have overcome some of those same struggles.

2. Stay hydrated. “To keep up with a healthy lifestyle, h2O is a necessity. Try cutting sodas and juices out of your diet and replacing the with water. I like to flavor my water with lime, lemon or cucumber.

3. Make small changes. “Every step can make a positive contribution to your health and fitness. As a busy mom, I don’t always have time to go to the gym. I try my hardest to avoid elevators and take the stairs whenever possible. Instead of parking near your desired location, park far away and walk back.”

4. Go hard. “When you do get the chance to make it to the gym, go hard. I try my best to work as hard as I can for the small amount of time that I’m in the gym. When trying to lose weight after the birth of my daughter, I promised myself that I would give 100 percent from the moment I walked through the door until I left. The harder you work out, the more result you will see.”
