Dry and Itchy Scalp?

By Tara Copeland

In my years of doing hair I’ve come to notice that some clients may suffer from a dry and itchy scalp syndrome.
Dry and itchy scalp can result from such things as poor diet, stress, reaction to hair products, skin disorders, climate change, and even a lack of hydration that causes the scalp to become dry, itchy and irritated. For some this can be an embarrassing situation while others realize that it can be controlled with the right products and the right treatment.  There are many ways to prevent and to keep this condition under control. I would like to give my advice on what to use and do to minimize the situation if you’re someone who suffers from this condition.
